  I had a blanked dry cleaned at this store and when I picked up the cleaned item, I noticed that it had shrunk by 30%. Washing wool at temperatures that are too high makes it shrink, every kid knows it. To make things even worse, the store didn’t refund the whole purchase price because my blanked was not new when I brought it. Hello ? I have to pay the whole price to buy a new one. 5àsec will never see me as a customer again. Other dry cleaners (smaller companies) do a very good job in Luxembourg.

  Nuls. Ils ont perdu plusieurs de mes vêtements alors que je les avais donné dans un bag et qu'ils sont soit disant nettoyés et plies ensemble. De plus j'ai trouvé dans mes affaires un polo qui ne m'appartenait pas.
