::Never had the problems some have described in their reviews. As far as I am concerned, staff have always been helpful, efficient and friendly. On the other hand I have noticed, whilst waiting for my shopping, some very arrogant and unpleasant customers. It must be difficult for the staff to bring a smile when they have such unpleasant people (especially the French) to deal with.
