  My visit here for a a retouch/dying of roots resulted in first degree burns and a visit to the hospital, severe hair loss and hair damage. The lady that was supposed to be a "colour professional", mixed the composition without measuring the ingredients, I was left with the chemicals in for one hour and she bleached my roots completely, as in they became white. After calling to complain about the poor service and the damage to my skin and hair, Mr Cyrille Hohl explained that "this happens" everyday, because they are "avant garde". Totally unprofessional! Worst experience possible.

  J'ai sûrement dû tomber sur un mauvais jour où une incompréhension! Je me retrouve "rouquine" à la racine, une barre noire de repousse, et cendrée sur les pointes. Malgré un personnel très aimable, je n'y retournerai pas.
