  I went to this bank because I have a BNP account, I thought they may be the same. But NO! the man in charge of reception is rude, not supportive, incompetent. When I asked why what they just told me is completely different than in the letter/contract, he scold me: "WHAT DO YOU WANT? IT'S THE PROCESS". What kind of process to tell customer to go to the agency, then when they go there, the receptionist tells to call another number or wait, until when they don't know. This bank doesn't need customer, just stay away from it.

  This bank is a complete scam, so beware! They charge you 150 EUR fee for the service which you never requested and which is not specified in your contract. Then they block your account without any explanation and you are not able to make any transaction. If you don't want your money to be stolen, avoid BGL BNP Paribas at all costs!

  Not very convenient working hours. Staff is friendly and helpful. Located right next to train station so pretty easy to get there. There also several ATMs of BGL.
