::TERRIBLE service, my fiancé and I bought an engagement ring here and it was a nightmare to get ahold of the saleswoman a very snobby and dry Belgium one, they never contacted my boyfriend when they had the rings ready, he payed half of the rings and he was not even registered in the system, even with receipt in hand it took them 30 mins to find his order. NEVER will buy here again.
