    I have to clarify and answer something with another google account since I can't reply the comment of the manager and the manager had a question for me regarding my home country. Dear Mrs. Junker, 1st, I read your reply to my friend's comment. Trust me, they were not drunk. I know them when they are. They ARE loud everytime we're hanging out. 2nd, yes, it is not normal. But what's more abnormal to me was your reaction. In my home country, from what I experienced, especially the managers, didn't embarrass and screamed at customers who did no mistakes (in this case, me), since I sat there quietly and broke no board. They asked the customers nicely without making any scenes or talked to one of the group separately from other customers, personally. They were trained to handle such situations (and believe me, I had seen worse). 3rd and last, you asked me to restrain because I don't understand what my friends and you were saying.     Yesterday, I and my Luxembourgish friends joined an Army March in Diekirch. We saw a restaurant on our way and planned to have some beer because we thought that the restaurant was a nice one. After 15-20 minutes waiting in the terrace, no one came to serve us, so one of us went inside. Nobody was there. He took a wifi password board to show us, google the phone number of the restaurant, and called them whether we can order something. A server finally came and took our order. 5 minutes after, a woman came to us and took the wifi password board, screaming at us in Luxembourgish (my friends explained it after it happened) that "the board is hers, we don't have manners, etc" and kicked us out from the restaurant. As a foreigner who just moved here, I was so shocked! It's so intolerable for someone who knows hospitality to treat someone like this! Even in my home country, nobody acted this way even if the customers made mistakes. I am so disappointed and I will make sure that my friends and family won't visit this place.

    After this recent experience I regret telling suppliers to book a room at this hotel who came for meetings from all across europe over the past years. During a marching event we - a group of 5 - decided to have a drink on the balcony. The restaurant/bar was not very crowded but we still waited for half an hour without getting served. Actually we didn't even see a single waiter outside where we sat so we went inside to check but it was all empty. I ended up doing a phone call and when someone picked up I gave her our order via phone and she asked about the service. I had to tell her that there's none and soon after a waiter ran out to our table and was really furious that we called and said that we didn't get service for half an hour. In the end he took our order and we thought it would maybe end well... Unfortunately after ordering we heard a woman scream inside and then she - the manager - came to us to inquiry and we told her what happened and after explaining it again she started to get really angry at us and started to scream for doing the phone call in the first place. We were speechless! We had fleebecause she couldn't be calmed down! I feel that one star is too much but unfortunately I can't give zero. It's really sad that mismanagement and bad service drives this place down. The fury who manages it doesn't help either. Better avoid.

    Leckeres Essen und sehr netter, charmanter Service. Wahnsinnig gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des BIB-Gourmand-Menüs. Kommen gerne wieder. Delicious food and very charming service. We had a very nice evening. Thank you!

    Schickes Hotel, tolles Essen, aber auch sehr hochpreisig. Für die Region ist das Essen zu teuer. Ein wenig tollpatschiges Personal.
