  J'étais chez moi à attendre en colis et le livreur n'as même pas sonné ! Il a donné le colis à un voisin que je ne connais pas. La personne du service client n'étais sûr de rien et en pouvais pas m'indiquer pourquoi cela à été livré de cette manière. N'hésitez pas à vous plaindre auprès du service client de l'expéditeur (Amazon dans mon cas) pour qu'il ne travail plus avec ce transporteur dans le futur

  2 out of 3 orders that I have used with DHL have never been delivered. I will get a tracking status of "attempted delivery". My family members will be home nobody rings during the attempted delivery time and no slip is left.

  réception de mail livraison dans la journée je ne bouge pas de chez moi et je reçois un mail destinataire absent alors que j etais devant ma maison à faire de la maconnerie chauffeur menteur mais moi j ai pas mon colis prenez exemple chez DPD crenau de livraison dans l'heure et eux ils respectent

  Never had any problems with them especially in comparison to UPS. Using them mostly due to my company and the minor hiccups we experienced were promptly resolved. Would have given them five stars if it wasn’t for some minor issues were drivers came to deliver goods but the parcels were undelivered due to the fact that we were supposedly closed. Admittedly, our company entrance isn’t the most obvious one so can’t fault them for that and they did swiftly redeliver as soon as we called. This type of efficient resolution I’ve only experienced with DHL in Luxembourg. On a related note you do have the option to use any of the official languages without having to endlessly wait on the call because x,y,z person can’t speak English or german or whatever official language you might prefer. Hear this UPS! We would have already switched to DHL if it weren’t for some very specific pipeline requirements we have and that for the time being only UPS is able to fulfill. Apparently DHL will be merging with Fedex soon so hopefully this will lead to an even more improved level of service.

  DHL may not be perfect, but Mrs Dolores Martinez is. She's always very kind and helpful, never gets stressed out or loses her good mood. She has a solution for every package-related problem one could encounter.
