  Entreprise très sérieuse avec des prestations sur mesure. Déjà travaillé avec plusieurs sociétés et je recommande Fast Clean.

  Company blocked me on Facebook to hide my bad review., so now I'm posting one on here. I think that says it all about their so-called 'Service'. Very disappointed in the overall service. Cleaning was not done. Vacuuming was not done. Ironing not done. Ignored our complaint emails and photos, then sent us an invoice in full. When we questioned it, they insisted they were there for three hours. Not sure how the owner knows - he was meant to come with the cleaner on Day 1 to show her everything we had showed him. Then he 'forgot'. Still doesn't negate the bad clean through. A cleaning cloth and product is the same regardless of if she had instruction or not. There's no way she was in a tiny apartment for 3.5 hours. Impossible.

  Quick response, speaks good English, friendly. Unfortunately the cleaner was not that great, the cat was locked in a bedroom without his litterbox or food/water (they shut all the doors) the carpet was not vacuumed, our shoes were sticking to the floor, still smears on the taps. Ironing wasn't done. Still invoiced in full.
