  Servers are nice. Their ramen bowls taste really good but they put in lots of broth so they don’t have to give you lots of food...which would be fine except for the corresponding price...

  Good ramen at reasonable price. Still not authentic enough but probably best in Lux anw. Recommend: ramen and hotpot. Dont bother about the others.

  Quaint and affordable Japanese restaurant in the centre of Luxembourg. Best choice for a quiet night

  Very unhappy customer. The staff has no shame. The sushi quality is really bad. Customer service is also really bad. See explanation below. The sushi rice was dried out, until the point it tasted like uncooked rice. This can of course happen, a bit amateuristic, but no harm done. After calling the waitress, she agreed this should not happen. She discussed with the chef and I even showed them some hard pieces of rice, which both of them squeezed between their fingers and agreed it was not good. I then got a lengthy explanation of how this happened to the rice. After this, no further action was taken. No offer to exchange the food was given. When paying the bill, no compensation was given, they charged the full price. Not even an apology. The waitress even made a sarcastic remark about my luck.. I didn't make any fuss but it was quite ridiculous. I find this really shameless and not showing any respect for the customer or care for the quality of their food.
