  Awesome yoga studio. The space is airy, decorated with a lovely subtle color palette of creams, blues, greens and grays. Large windows look out onto a grassy field, willow trees, and a low stone wall. Sometimes a cat visits the field. The instructors are attentive and approachable, each with their own teaching style. This diversity means the yoga classes range from slower sessions that focus on correct alignment, to faster (and sweatier) flow sessions that get your heart rate up. But all of them stretch out the kinks in your back and end with a relaxing cooldown. Surprisingly, morning classes have plenty of space, so if you're looking to start your day with something healthy, this is a great studio for it. The online booking tool is convenient, and the cancellation policy (no later than 12 hours before class, or 2 hours for those with a subscription) is perfect for beating the urge to flake out last-minute. If you can go even a couple times a week, the unlimited yoga subscription is excellent value for money.
