  Eine grosse Auswahl an JW Produkten, allerdings sehr unfreundliche Ladenchefin, die das Wort "Kundenservice" sichtlich nicht begriffen hat. Da gehe ich jedenfalls nicht mehr hin, die Sachen kann man auch woanders kaufen.

  Like REI in the U.S. but even more expensive. High quality outdoor clothing and premium prices. Small store with small selection but they'll order anything you want from the catalogue and allow you to pick up there.

  I bought a jacket from this store and wanted to return it after 3 days. They refused in the beginning and then conceded. But then I only received a voucher to buy in the same store, which is not what I wanted. I guess that this is customer service on the highest level. What would happen if you were a tourist?
