  The problem is they never answer the phone to take an appointment. The line is always busy.

  I went to this dermatologist 4 times and every time a great experience. Please note that it is only English and German, no French over there which doesn’t really matter as most lux people speak German. Very professional, always on time, and I always get a solution to my problem and most importantly, it heals. It is also very well located and quite easy to go to with loads of parking possibilities. 100% recommend!
