  I recently bought Rolex Daytona 16528 full set from this company for 27.000 EUR. After inspecting the watch with authorised Rolex service centre we have noticed that the watch had visibly damaged barrel with arbor and the mainspring, second wheel, driving wheel, driving wheel for the crown wheel, spring for the lock, spring for the sliding gear, crown wheel seating, crown wheel, bearing for the crown wheel, core + bearing for the crown wheel, sliding pinion, winding pinion and majority of the screws all had to be changed in order to bring the watch to its original condition. Rolex authorised service centre wrote a detailed letter to this dealer to describe all the works (including photos) in what kind of condition the watch was in and detailed list of parts that had to be changed. I have forwarded this letter to this dealer who replied back "The watch worked perfectly when we sold it to you" - this is a very disappointing and dishonest statement and obviously not true. I have paid 1,500 EUR for this service (with a huge discount and help from the authorised Rolex retailer) otherwise the bill would be significantly higher. To sell a watch in a such condition, for 27.000 EUR, and reply in a such arrogant and dishonest manner, confirms the obvious, that this dealer has a chronicle case of both intellectual and moral dishonesty, and it goes without saying, I will not be wasting my time nor money again with such dishonest business people.
