  Top Moving Agency I've ever worked with - and I've used a bunch! As I was moving from the USA Lux-Connex was assigned (by my employer) as the local agent to receive all household goods in Luxembourg. I have moved internationally across Europe and and USA 4 times, and Lux-Connex is definitely the best agency I've worked with! Here is why: Mirela, who's been my main contact has been AMAZING! From our first contact while I was still in the USA, she worked with me to get all the paperwork ready, explaining step by step what would happen through the process, through landing in Belgium, customs, delivery, etc. The crew that came to deliver the container and unpack were super friendly, above and beyond helpful. I'm sure you know how chaotic this is when you are receiving all your house contents in one day and that you have no idea where is what or where you want each piece. They were super fast offloading, sorting things where we 'thought' we wanted them; and after unpacking, they asked us what else we wanted to rearrange - move things up/down stairs to ensure everything was where we wanted it. I also contracted them (personally, not through my employer) to import my car from the US, and same thing. They explained the entire process, organised the registration of the car, dealt with the agent in The Netherlands (who was definitely not as good!), and have helped me solve anything and everything. An amazing anecdote: One day I could not send them an important document they needed for my car registration by mail; instead of just waiting an extra day, Mirela tells me that a colleague will come after a dinner she has to collect the document at my home because she lives nearby (wow, that's customer service!). To my surprise, the person coming to pick up the document I had failed to send on time was no less that the managing director of the company, Manny. This shows that the great service is at all levels and everyone works to help the customer with all they have. A great example of customer service! I don't know when I might leave Luxembourg, but one thing is sure: I'll ask for Lux-Connex to be my agent!
