::The same day I ordered my plates I was able to pick them up. Very easy, and quick. The location itself is on the backside of the yellow building. Despite the flags and signs I walked past it on accident. When you see the flags and signs you will realize why this was so funny to me afterwards. There is a few steps to get to the office so I would not describe the location as accessible. Overall this service exceeded my expectations.
