  I booked my car in to get worked on and waited 3 weeks for an appointment.when the day came I dropped the car off and they said to me previously, the work would be done on the same day as it wasn't a huge job.when I came back later that day they hadn't even attempted to do the work and told me It couldn't be done on that day.when I explained to them that I had taken a day off work and was waiting an entire day for them to do the work they offered no explanation and just shrugged it off.they didn't even bother to phone me to tell me it couldn't be done.absolutely terrible customer service,I've never seen this kind of behaviour from a garage.they never offered anything to me like a another a point mentioned etc.

  Honest work at fair prices. The manager is Portuguese so if you can fala a bit with him you may receive a modest discount. They are able to get parts for US specs cars if need be.
