  Bon garage, service rapide et impeccable. Dommage que la proximité de la salle de shoot crée des désagrément comme des bouteilles qui traînent ou des papiers balancés à même le sol.

  Refusent de me prendre pour 8min de retard, mettent 15min à me rendre mes pneus. Je trouve ce manque de flexibilité inacceptable pour si peu de temps! Je n’irai plus.

  After a series of bad experiences with Pneus Mreches (bad tire balancing, wrong tire pressures, very long waiting times) they finally managed to push me far enough to write a review. This review is about their latest achievement. I took an appointment to put my summer tires back on. They still had my front tires in storage and had to order new back tires (2 different sizes 245R18 for the front and 275R18 for the back). I specifically asked if they could get the same brand and model as this is recommended on a powerful car such as mine. They confirmed. When I show up for my appointment they take the car in and after half an hour tell me that they ordered the wrong tires (not run flat) and that I need to come back. Once they got the new tires I go back there for the second time and notice that they put another brand of tires on the back, without consulting me. Thus I now have two different brands and tire models on the front and the back. This is quite bad on a one-year old car for which the tire caracteristics play a vital role in its handling. Even worse they won't accept their mistake and send me off without offering to make it right or without opening up for compensation. This is how they work at Pneus Mreches. It is obvious that I will find another company for my tire needs in the future (there are plenty and prices are all the same). I recommend everybody to do the same and to avoid paying hundreds/thousands of euros for this service and fraudulent practices.
