  Very forceful sales process, literally no after sales support, poor or no instructions for installation, missing pieces. Shame because the furniture while not cheap is good quality and the staff at the depot is really helpful but the show room is trained to sell and only to sell. Below answer in line with how they treat clients. Furniture was mounted by professionals who could not finish the job because of missing pieces. Also delivered wrong pieces that were not ours. Never an apology.
