::Ridiculous opening hours, have to take time off from work to go through half city and get parcel.

::Unfortunatly now the only office open in the region. Only open weekdays afternoon. Impossible to get a parcel without asking for holidays at work. Often long queue and waiting times. Staff is sometimes friendly buh nothing comparable to the previous shaff.
