You have to ring a doorbell (welcome digital Luxembourg) ...as no-one showed up I called by phone....then an obviously bored and tarty woman suddenly popped up...not seeing me (or ignoring me) first...I knocked on the window...she came at the (locked) door and blunlty told something I barely understood...I assume she said « too late »
