::Sehr unfreundlich. Wollten mit unserem Sohn etwas shoppen und ein Eis kaufen bei der Hitze. Leider sind Familien hier unerwünscht. Die ältere Dame am Tresen meinte Sie habe nur Probleme mit Kindern gehabt und deswegen seien nun keine Kinder mehr erlaubt. Das ganze wurde uns direkt beim Betreten total unfreundlich mitgeteilt. Wir sind dann direkt gegangen. Bei solchen Leuten kaufe ich dann nicht. Nein Danke. Kann die ganzen anderen Bewertungen hier nur bestätigen.

::This must be the rudest shop owner ever! We were in Luxembourg City last weekend and it started to rain. When looking for shelter we saw this souvenir shop so we tried to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, because we were looking for a fridge magnet. The owner came running after us yelling: 'No no no no we're closed! Everyone always comes inside when it rains!' Omg seriously?!? 200m further down the road, across the palace is a much friendlier souvenir shop, I suggest you go there!

::People unable to attend clients in a courteous way should not be selling souvenirs to tourists. The lady there was rude beyond belief. She can be a frustrated person for many reasons, but should leave her frustrations at home. Avoid this souvenir shop at all cost. Really sorry for the young woman selling the drinks and ice creams, as she was really nice to us.

::Peor lugar de recuerdos que he ido. Después de contestar un mensaje con mi celular, la señora me gritó y corrió de su tienda. Si pueden eviten este desagradable lugar.

::Parece que les molesta que vayas a comprar alli. Ademas de la cara de asco que me puso la sra, compré una pieza de cerámica y no me dió caja ni papel burbuja, y al pedirle si al menos podÃa darme una bolsa me cobró 10 centimos por ella.
