::Awful. All friendly and helpful to get us into the house, then literally total change. We had to leave for family reasons and did everything we could to help they were rude, wouldn't answer communications, refused to help, were totally biased toward the landlord and wouldn't even listen to our side of the issue. We loved our time in Luxembourg fantastic country and people, but these guys are the pits.
