  It's a nice shop and has a pretty comprehensive range of items. Almost all products sold at MSRP. No offers/ sale that I came across. It is one of the first shops I have visited in Luxembourg, so I do not as of now have a reference to the levels of customer service as yet. I will be revising this review with my thoughts about the quality of the product bought from there after using it for a few rides. Edit: The customer service towards English speaking customers could be better. I have now visited the shop 3 times at the point of this update.

  Très bon magasin, facile d'y apporter chaque année nos vélos pour un contrôle en toute confiance. Conseils de qualité. Et tout ça juste à côté de chez nous :-)

  Customer Service really bad. Apparently if you don't talk french you don't deserve their attentions and kindness (at this point I wonder if they even know the meaning of their shop's name). Furthermore, I has speechless when I asked if they had a second-hand bicycle and they answer me with a disgusted face. In short, if you don't talk french and if you're not willing to pay more than 1000 euros just go back home.
