  I had called this place as I was looking for a Maxillofacial Surgeon to look into an issue my wife was having. Since we couldn't get an appointment with the actual Maxillofacial Surgeon at CHL soon enough, we wanted someone to take a look right away. So the first appointment was on February 5th, where Dr. Pires clearly misdiagnosed what the problem was and actually aggravated the situation. However, they had made us do a follow up appointment for the following week, and we did not show up and they charged us for a no show, further the doctor personal called us and lectured us about a no-show fees of 56.10 Euros - Ok, fair enough point taken. However, they also sent another no-show fees, which we didn't realize and ended up paying, only to realize much later that we were wrongly charged an additional 56.10 Euros. And then started the personal visit to explain the situation and back and forth phone calls and constant follow ups. Not one time did Dr. Pires bother to come not he phone, it was always the secretary and it was always having to explain the entire situation repeatedly. It took them 40 days and me having to constantly chase them for them to refund my 56.10 Euro which was wrongfully charged. Clearly he doesn't hold his personal standard to the same rules that he had called and given me a lecture about personally. Further at the very first appointment he should have rightfully pointed me to the actual Maxillofacial surgeon who needed to look into this situation and who was available at CHL and when I told the surgeon about my previous visit to this dentist, the maxillofacial surgeon was clearly not happy with the diagnosis.
