  Small clean rooms needs to offer more as a 4 star

  The room was amazing, but the service of the receptionist was questionable. We came down our first night asking how to get to the nearest village and was told to take the bus, and so we planned our day around that information. But on the day of, we were told that the busses did not ran that day (Sunday) and that the only way to go was by walking. When we tried to book a cab to the airport, we weren’t given an option to choose our time but rather they planned it for us. We were told it would come at 8.50 but later that night it was changed to 8.15 but on the day of, the cab came at 9. We were almost late..

  We stayed at the Chateau d'urspelt for Christmas 2019. I loved the friendly a d helpful multilingual staff. The food was wonderful (see pictures), and everything was exactly what I hoped for our holidays. I even discovered a new cheese that I love

  We visited for the U.S. Marine Birthday Ball in 2019, the venue was great, well organized, beautiful property.

  Very 🖼 cool and cozy Chateau. Definitely recommend. We booked like on the day itself and paid 97 euro.
