::I was very excited to go to this restaurant, but was sadly very disappointed due to the lack of service. We waited for almost an hour after having had to order our food and drinks inside. My friend tried to get a waiter's attention and she flat out ignored her while mumbling under her breath in her own language. She also got very annoyed when my friend tried to get her attention again and proceeded to ignore us. When we went inside to complain, the manager explained that they're very busy and they don't have enough staff which is upsetting as this restaurant is opposite the royal palace and should surely, therefore, have great service and enough staff members? Although I enjoyed my time in Luxembourg very much, I would definitely avoid going to this restaurant and if you decide to go, to rather only buy their products than to cause yourself the trouble to be treated the way we were after having paid great amounts of money.

::Fantastic breakfast, delicious hot chocolate, very good and courteous service and reasonably priced. Strongly recommended if you're looking for a great breakfast or for a treat! Wish they had a store in Antwerp or Brussels... 😋

::Leaving Luxembourg in the morning and just discovered this wondful place! Great food, dessert and the hot chocolate was awesome. Would have visited three days in a row if I would have known about it. Fantastic food and wonderful service! Do yourselves a favor and visit this place!

::Usually very busy but you can share tables or take away. Upstairs is very quaint and has lovely decor. The staff are quite chaotic and slow but it's worth it. The hot chocolates are fabulous, and have a ton of varieties. Ginger and dark chocolate is my favourite, there is a variety of milk choices too. The Cakes are amazing also, my sesame cake was gorgeous and you always get a huge slice. You can always get a take away box if you can't finish it. The carrot cake is another of my favourites as it's so moist and yummy.

::Unusual place. Haven't found such chocolate house wherever I have been. I like the fact that there is around 50+ different flavours to choose from. Easy and quick service. All you have to do is pick and choose one of your flavoured spoon on the shelf, sit down and wait for the waiter to bring the hot milk to the table. Once there stir the chocolate spoon in your cup until melted and it's ready to be tasted. They have some tasty cakes and patisseries too. This place is always fully packed. I would say best times to head in is early and late afternoon so you can easily get a table. Easier to get a table if you a group of 4 or less. It becomes more difficult with bigger groups. Nevertheless, you can still buy the spoons even if you are not staying in.
