::Very poor follow-up on our issue: - They broke my door phone (parlophone) - I wrote 4 e-mails to them and I did not receive 1 answer after 2 weeks - Lying in the first place that I'm getting a replacement door phone and then telling me that they send an expert without any time frame until he arrives or any other indication. Also I did not receive any notification that they changed their opinion and the procedure on what is happening. In general very poor communication skills and a very disappointing client experience.
