::High level salon, kind staff and extremely service minded up until my extremely bad experience I had with them. I have been bleaching my hair with Olaplex for almost one year now and I chose Olaplex because it’s the most gentle treatment for bleaching for your hair. After my old hairdresser moved I needed to find a new and I found Ferber Salon in Limpertsberg and they where using Olaplex. After discussing with them about my hair and bleaching I went for a treatment and haircut and 2.5 hours later and €190 less in my wallet I was happy with the results. I went back a couple of weeks later for my bleaching of the roots and everything was going according to plan. After bleaching the roots they put bleaching in the mid length and ends of the hair and it’s where everything went wrong (without me knowing). After that my hair was washed and blowed and nicely done. But because I don’t speak French and the hairdresser chose to speak through an interpreter because her English wasn’t strong enough they said that I should use castor oil (huile de ricin) for the hair to grow. I thought this was a bit strange because I didn’t want long hair and I never said that I wanted and now the hairdresser was recommending this oil. However the interpreter told me although I bleach my hair it’s still good condition and I said I know this because I only do Olaplex treatments and I also do Olaplex mask between the treatments (of course I know that the hair gets a bit torn by the treatment). Happy as I was, unaware of what happened, I payed again and left. Four weeks later I went to a Olaplex Salon in Wiesbaden to do Olaplex mask for the hair. The hairdresser asked me WHEN I had BLEACHED my hair at HOME and I said that I did it in a Ferber Salon in Limpertsberg four weeks earlier. Then the hairdresser showed me my damaged hair in the neck, the damaged hair on top of my head, the hair on the side of my head and we where shocked. There was burned parts short as 3-4 cm everywhere. I have seen that my hair was burned in the neck but I was thinking that it could happened to anyone (this was when I still didn’t know about the rest of my hair). The hairdresser told me either Ferber Salon in Limpertsberg used normal bleaching or they had the Olaplex to long on my already treated hair and this burned my hair really bad. And the hair can even break more because the straws are so fragile. I was furious but I didn’t call and complained first but then I remembered that the hairdresser recommended the castor oil because SHE KNEW that she BURNED my hair and she still didn’t say anything or even gave me any compensation for the damage! So I called and complained to Ferbers Salon in Limpertsberg and they told me that I could come in and cut my damaged ends and then I explained that the ends are not the problem the problem is the rest of the hair!!!The only thing they could say was sorry. Really? This is the final answer? Sorry? I feel cheated by Ferber Salon in Limpertsberg because she knew about her mistake but still didn’t say anything and only recommend an oil for the growth. It will take ages until my hair is normal because of her and I need to cut most of it. I really don’t recommend any bleaching/colour treatment by Ferbers Salon in Limpertsberg and especially not Olaplex because the say they do Olaplex treatment but it is impossible for Olaplex to damage the hair. I also wrote to Olaplex and this is the answer they give me: Hi Petra! It is chemically impossible for Olaplex to be the cause of this damage. Olaplex is designed to repair the hair. If there was no issues prior I would highly recommend looking into the products your previous stylist was using compared to your new stylist as well as technique/application. // Olaplex
