::When I asked for a certificate for my school, both Dr Kerzmann and his secretary started joking in Luxemburgish that I must need it for my basket-ball team thinking that I don't understand Luxemburgish. On top of it, the secretary forgot to make the said certificate. Last but not the least, Dr Kerzmann and his secretary disclosed personal data to Doctena website without patients consent in my case (phone number, email address etc.)
