  Booked an appointment weeks in advance prior to Allergy season. 5 minutes before my appointment, they cancelled on me for no stated reason. I stood there in the lobby with a receptionist who seemed pretty blasé about the fact that a customer had to waste time on a work day coming to their practice, and further, could only offer me another appointment 3 weeks out - after the allergy season had already kicked off. Probably the worst service I've ever seen in Luxembourg healthcare system. Just totally unprofessional; not that it matters. They are one of the only games in town, so I guess it doesn't make much of a difference how poorly they are run.

  the secretary with the glasses is very snobby,high horse style. doesn't have compassion at all with the patient. She gave me the feeling I have no value.
