  Plain fact based example of "Writing and Saying vs. Doing and Practicing" was my experience. Mr. François PRUM, President of the Luxembourg Bar Association failed to honor the Barreau mission being not limited to litigation between lawyers but also dealing with all the claims of individuals against a lawyer. All customer are supposed to experience benefits from serious professional guarantees, like their affairs to be handled by a competent professional and subject to the Barreau du Luxembourg ethical rules, Mr. François PRUM failed to execute this mission.
