::First. Not possible to schedule a call in advance in order to be on place of once the shipment is delivered. Second. They just did not even call me WHEN the shipment was delivered. When I checked the status of the shipment and found out to my surprise that the delivery is scheduled to tomorrow, I called to customer service center and they told that they tried to reach me 20 minutes ago. HOW??? I wasted half a day only because to get home and receive a parcel, but here they are, don't even bother to call! Congratulation, FedEx, you are the worst delivery service ever! I would have rate you 0 stars but unfortunately it is not possible.

::The cheapest customer service in the world! I had chatted with someone in Belgium that did not knew anything about my delivery, finally I got someone at the phone here in Luxembourg. The kind lady suggested me to take a day off since they start their delivery from Bettembourg and they not take appointments, very upset for this poor service.

::I called the Customer Service to ask that the driver calls me before the delivery, so that I could be home and the lady on the line told me that they do not have contact with the drivers and that this does not enter into Fedex contract. First of all - not being able to call the driver is just ridiculous and the contract? Well it wasn't me who chose Fedex as the shipper. Ridiculous and very poor service. UPDATE 27/02: It's getting even more ridiculous - the parcel was out for delivery yesterday and it has been returned to the warehouse where it will lay until 01/03 as this was the initial date planned. So the parcel was being driven around Luxembourg but never delivered. It took 2 days to reach Luxembourg from Florida and now will take 4 days to be delivered within the country. The Support sucks and 3 different people there told me 3 different things. One of them even claimed they were calling me on my mobile!

::Why do you have a phone number if you never pick up the phone? We have been trying to call for 3 days in a row. Really disappointing!!!!!
