::The man I spoke with, Serge, knows customer service! I honestly was just so pleased to have a person actually EXPLAIN to me what was done by the previous garage, as well as what his guys were going to do now... I even got a drawing! And so fast service... turned around replacing an exhaust pipe in less than a day - am truly impressed. Moreover, I left my sunglasses there... and they are still there waiting for me to pick them up - thank you MecanLux for a great customer service experience! :)
