  All the good service that you can expect from a Novotel hotel. Check-in service was very friendly and polite, rooms were spacious and comfortable, refurbished shower was amazing and there was a good breakfast selection.

  Looks like a 3 * hotel. Melia is a couple of blocks away and much better for the same price. The executive room was not well cleaned, AC really loud and cracking, not many options for food and coffee machine broken for 2 days therefore we have to wait a lot during breakfast. No fresh food or natural beverages available. Not worth the price. Super friendly and nice staff and great location.

  Conveniently located in the center of Kirschberg. Spacious hotel. Friendly staff. Decent WiFi. Nice corner for kids to play. Love it that the window of the room can be opened to let fresh air in. Quiet surroundings. Rooms are really worn out though. This place badly needs a revamp of the rooms like they did at Novotel City in Luxembourg City which I favor over this one for their awesome new rooms.

  Very nice and cosy hotel... It is good if you want a quiet and peaceful place to stay... The staff is very nice, humble and very helpful... The food is also great...

  It's an OK hotel, I think they have re tiled the bathrooms since last I visited (they were pretty 1990s before, but almost retro-cool). The staff are professional and attentive but it's really a place people stay on business and if that is what you need it for, it's a perfectly adequate choice. They also did away with the folding pillows that they used to have and were a nightmare to try to make comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning is pretty well stocked, but the cereal counter did not have milk and I could only track down almond milk or UHT (disappointing there was no fresh dairy milk to hand).
