  I went to the shop to order a Frey Wille bracelet. They did not have the item, neither a similar one in my size what I could try on to ensure the size fits (quite a pricey item). I asked them if they can order it, however it was important to me that in case it doesn’t fit, I won’t be forced to take it. They promised to check with the manufacturer and call me back. They did call me as promised. I wanted to order the bracelet as a Christmas gift. They asked me to show my bank account for proof (already funny, but agreed to it as I wanted to order). Meanwhile , my question whether I can leave the product in the shop in case it doesn’t fit left unanswered for I believe the third time. My fiance went there to provide proof of credit, and they came up with another security measurement - to pay 200 euros as deposit. Since we really wanted to purchase the item, we would have agreed to it - but only in case we can return the item if it doesn’t fit and we also get back the deposit. They refused. So, in case you would like to order from this shop, be prepared that you not only have to lay out your financials to the table, but also give them non refundable security deposit, even in case they are unable to demonstrate with a similar item the size you are looking for! Absolutely ridiculous expectations from a customer and shameful business practice! We eventually decided to order from the Frey Wille website where you can return the item in case of non-fit for 20 euros. 20 vs 200 - I guess the business runs poor and this is how they want to make money... a joke.
