::Terrible wi fi. Even one night ( my second one) i went to reception because it wasnt working and they say... it doesnt work during the night... do u switch it off? Good breakfast at least. Quite area but the minimum talking or walking on hallway is si nosiy. Receptionist at 4pm doesnt speak english or french... only german but another shifts there is a lady speaking english. It s a family hotel.. Location is terrible. Really in the middle of nowhere!!! It s only for hiking... OTHERWISE PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. there is only 1 bus with schedules between 1 hour each!!! if u miss one or didnt come... u are messed up. I would say 2 stars out of 5 but the wi fi is so bad! This is nice people but the service is not what i was expecting and the worst, literally so difficult and far to go there.

::A nice room on the third floor towards the river. The bathroom was small, but otherwise everything was OK.

::Some staff is very hospitable but some is very abrupt. The food was not very good, it was fine but totally not great. The menus weren't delivered to you but you had to get them yourself.

::Very poor food. Service was very slow. This was evidenced by the number of tables that had to get their own menus and who had to go inside to pay as the single waitress was not very customer aware. She had an air of arrogance and unfriendliness when me and another customer went inside to pay. She made a sigh of stress even though she didn’t seem stressed before, considering the speed at which she worked. Worse than the service was the food. We are well aware and used to Luxembourg being a bit pricey, but a bruscetta for 12 euros should be more than one slice of thin toast with a bit of tomatoe on top. Sorry, not acceptable. Avoid at all costs!

::It is a nice restaurant, rustic and well placed under a tower of a castle and in front a little river. The service was wonderful and nice and the price is quite good. Unlikely it is not the same for the food...not the worst but not the best of Luxembourg and as the picture shows the salad could be fresher... It could ged more stars with better quality of food.
