::I delivered my laptop with a problem in the power socket on Friday afternoon. My request was to be informed in advance for the damage’s cost so I could decide if I would proceed to repair. The owner of the company told me that he would inform me on Monday. I was waiting until Wednesday and I hadn’t be informed yet. I called them and they told me they will inform me about the damage cost the next day (Thursday). Guess what...no call from their side so I called them again. They told me that they will check the laptop and I would have news later during the day. No call again. After one whole week I called on Friday and I was just astonished from the reply I got: “ok your laptop is ready! We fixed it. The cost is 137€!” When I asked why while I was waiting for one whole week to be informed about the cost, they didn’t call me and THEY DECIDED to fix it without any notice...their reply was hilarious and irritating at the same time: “we fixed it because it wasn’t a big damage and not expensive. So we decided to fix it. If you don’t want to pay, we can unfix it!” To the owner—>Not very professional sir! If I could rate you with zero stars I would certainly do it! April 8th 2019: After your response mr “professional“ you just proved how professional you are! No respect to your clients at all. “Mr professional” you forgot to say that I knew the problem from the date I brought it to you and I was JUST expecting from you the cost of repair BEFORE you fix it. It’s my turn to vomit on your “professional” job! Well done!! Keep having this kind of “professional” attitude and you will end up jobless! PS. At least Greeks have HONOR and respect. You proved that these words are totally out of your vocabulary. Everyone can read your “professional” response to my review and judge your level of honor and respect. People like you are only an obstacle to decent society. One more note: Now this guy asks me the 37€ discount HE made me for his unprofessional treatment to my case! Just for laughs! Ridiculous and pathetic!
