  The sales staff is off standish, not at all customer friendly, I dread going to any stores, the same Situation in any shop available, their capsules or accessories aren’t cheap, I consider myself a loyal customer, but don’t need that, have even played with the idea of going off Nespresso! ☹️

  Some staff members need to be more friendly and polite with their customers even in the closing hours. I think it would be more convenient and friendly to buy the coffee directly from a supermarket if I could. Something to improve. :)

  I honestly wonder why it is not possible to call the shop in Luxembourg-City directly. The displayed number on the cash receipt and website connects you with a service center having apparently no direct numbers of the shops (!). Useful if you want to complain about an issue having occured locally...?
