  The staff of Enterprise is very friendly and helpful. If you pick up your car after opening hours you have to collect the key from the parking garage staff. They are very unfriendly and rude!! For this rude key pick up service you pay 30 euro extra! This is not mentioned when you book the car!! The car (Opel Astra) was good and generally clean. The windscreen was not cleaned form the inside. So when we left the parking garage and night the light of the other cars reflected in the windscreen and it was not possible to see anything. Driving in the dark with a dirty windscreen is dangerous!!

  Very good experience. Was able to rent a van last minute, and it was relatively painless. Reliable vehicle!
