  Dishonest in refunds. Sure they have a good array of items for sale..but this weekend I purchased an adapter the woman insisted would convert UK shaver plugs to Euro sockets. Said it was Swiss made and for sure would work. Well it didnt. Hours later I returned for a refund. I had paid with Mastercard. I was told that only the very last transaction could be reversed. The lady was insistent that as Mastercard charge 3% even though the item was returned clean, in good order and without damaged packaging, she would have to retain 3% which in this case was 40 cents. Had it been a 1k euros purchase that would amount to 30 euros! She offered me refund of 97% in cash. She said had I paid in cash I would get whole sum.back. I've now checked with my bank and it's not legal to make this offer. If product isnt fit for purpose it must be fully refunded. Worse that she encouraged me to buy it! I even told her that in UK a full refund is due. She obviously hoped I would not twig its same in Luxembourg. If this happens to you dont accept such cash offer. Contact your bank who will raise a charge back.
