  Visiting this shop was a bad experience. Shop assistants were rude towards children and there was a complete absence of any normal customer service like willingness to check if a merchandise could be ordered, when out of stock. The response was consistently no, rather than we will find a solution, as you would expect from a shop where we were willing to spend several hundred euros this afternoon. I recommend an effort to develop a better sense of customer orientated service. Good luck 27 August 2016
