  Very expensive public sector monopoly. Not at all helpful when you call. Hopefully the next government will privatise the pensions.

  Ein Stern ist schon zu viel, es ist einfach lächerlich, man ruft an, und wartete, wartete, wartet, man soll ein kleinen Moment warten, habe in eine woche jeden Tag angerufen, und 60min gewartet, und was ist passiert nichts!

  L'expérience qu'on a vis-à-vis d'une administration dépend évidemment beaucoup de la personne qu'on a en face de soi. En l'occurrence, nous sommes tombés sur une personne efficace et souriante, qui a su traiter rapidement ce pour quoi nous étions venus.

  I am a Luxembourger with a Swedish partner. We live here. My partner works for a company based in London, but lives in Luxembourg (télétravail). Since his employer does not want/can pay any contributions, my partner is forced to pay his own contributions as well as that of his employer. We have continuously sought help from CCSS in the past YEAR, and have not recieved any decent or consistent advice. One person tells us something else than the other. Others told us to go into the offices in person, where we were then send away, because the person in the "guichet" had no clue and refused to refer us to anyone else. The telephone services are utter RIDICULOUS as it takes about 45 - 60 minutes to get hold of anyone. The majority (although not all) of the people on the phone were rude, and unhelpful. The couple of lovely and nice people, actually speaking English, have so far, unfortunately been unavailable or not reachable by phone. Its a frustration to deal with this institution, and they should be ashamed of themselves. I am embarassed as a Luxembourger that this is a public institution (I have also called, speaking Luxembourgish, and was treated as rudly as my partner when calling in English).

  que pasa con la pension invalida 1520.euro esto no normal metre mi ma vida laboral tien 07.05.1949 et son de wilwert marcel jean Pierre mi nr.BHcuQ et no me dire tu tien la pension invalitat et fini esto no normal ma pension ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
