  Consistent bisnes: rude service and bad quality of operations. My experiences so far have been poor; much better at competitor Post Luxembourg. Some things are okey but 90% of times visiting in their "customer service" (=store), service is either rude or arrogant at least. EDIT: last time got good service at Tanfp Belle Etoile. Worst service consistently at Tango Centrum (at walk only zone).

  Wir sind seit Ende 2011 Kunde bei Tango aber die letzten 4 Monate nur noch Probleme mit Internet und IP-TV nach Umstellung von 30mbs auf 100mbs bestimmt 50 mal Tango kontaktiert über Hotline lange Warteschlange, mehrmals war Techniker vor Ort aber nichts gebracht nun ist das Fass voll!!!!! Ich rate jedem Finger weg von Tango Preis Leistung miserabel....

  Je suis contente d'avoir quitté cet opérateur, que des problèmes avec ma box à la maison, 2 mois sans téléphone et internet, le geste commercial tant promis, on ne l'a jamais reçu, puis les factures de Gsm dépassé du forfait (soit disant Internet illimité, dépassé) ... , si le soucis est la satisfaction des clients, le service après vente est déplorable, pas d'écoute, les horaires des techniciens sont les moins pratiques que j'ai vu jusqu'à maintenant.. les vendeurs sont antipathiques

  Consistently over 10 years the worst company we have ever come across in the world. True there are unfortunately many companies that we, the poor consumer, must face, but Tango consistently goes above and beyond bad. I could list examples, but I'd advise to actually start off with assuming none of TANGO's procedures have been created by anyone with common sense or the customer in mind. All this wrapped up in a horrendous "culture" of bad people facing off to us. It is truly disgraceful. The board of this company should hold its head in shame. Vodafone has done nothing to help. Again hold your head in shame. Truely awful service provider. The only reason I have stayed is due to contract tie-in and having more important things to do between the "down times" when I do not need to ask Tango anything. I'd step on the metaphorical head of tango any day as they have done to me 10s if times

  Service déplorable, personnel désagréable et irrespectueux au téléphone et en magasin, qui n'est pas capable de prendre en compte les demandes des clients, d'ouvrir un abonnement : toutes les communications passent en hors forfait, facture astronomique. Obligée de bloquer Tango à la banque, on essaye toujours de me prélever tous les mois, la banque doit re-bloquer à chaque nouvelle facture. Payant mes factures moi-même, on m’envoie des relances puisqu'on est pas capable, chez Tango, de noter que toutes les factures ont été honorées. Je suis horrifiée du service, je n'ai que des successions de problèmes depuis que je suis abonnée chez Tango, aucun respect du client. J'ai hâte d'aller souscrire à un abonnement à la Poste, dès que mon abonnement actuel prendra fin.
