::I would not even give one star! I asked for my package to be delivered to me on a specific date. On the due day, when I called, they find out that they 'missed out' to include my package in the delivery for the day. Note that the package are with them since 2 weeks now. Very bad service!!!!

::Weeks of non-delivery "because of backlog". Out of 2 packages (6 alleged attempts altogether) one single notification slip in inbox. The only location to personally take the package is almost in another country. DHL is murdering business with this subcontractor.

::Impossible to get anyone on the phone. If you call at 17:00 the voicemail says we are open until 18:00 and then hangs up. If you call in the morning, it gives you two options: 1. Do you want a new delivery? 2. Do you want to pick it up in our premises? You choose 1. it tells you you can't choose one, because your package is not eligible for a new delivery. You choose 2. it forces you to choose: 1. pick it up in the morning 2. pick it up in the evening Will see tonight if the pack is there. but man this is a very very poor way to interact with customers. Of course when you have nothing to worry because whatever happens doesn't really affect your business, you can choose this lousy path, but offering customer service on the long run definitely pays off. It's sad that the management puts the professional life of their personnel at stake with poor decisions like this. And having your employees write five star reviews show even more how poor the spirit is.
