  The personnel are very rude and extremely unhelpful when it comes to changing clothing items. They are visibly irritated at clients when closing time approaches. 0 level of customer service.

  I try to avoid this Zara in Auchan as the shop assistants are so rude and unhelpful. Especially the dressing room staff - no customer service, slow and disrespectful. I know I'm not the only one who thinks this...
