  Ils vous écrivent sur leur site de verser de l'argent d'avance pour payer des envois puis après vous disent que cet argent sert uniquement à payer des réductions futures sur ces envois. Dans les exemples de tarifs, il donne le moins cher mais sinon c'est 5 euros la réexpédition d'un courrier. Ils ont soi-disant réexpédier un courrier il y 15 jours que je n'ai toujours pas reçu. J'aurais du utiliser une service de domiciliation d'entreprise plus efficace et moins cher. Numéro client BPM 379 868. J'ai pris ce service pour régler un problème mais en fait BPM me crée des problèmes supplémentaires dont je n'ai pas besoin.

  They responded very fast. They understood my questions and my needs. They made flexible offers that work for both of us. They even made better suggestions that i did not think of previously. I know the reviews are extreme, but I respect their expertise and knowledge in logistics services.

  It is good that BMP-Lux is back in business. This creates competition and increases the choice for consumers. I was a customer back in 2016 and am happy that the service is offered again. Especially for bigger parcels BPM-Lux seems to be the only good shipping option to Luxembourg.

  Fly by night operation by a German couple that looked very fancy on the site, but they disappeared overnight in April 2016. Always check who you are dealing with before signing up. These guys were too anonymous on their site. That should be a red flag already. Then they came back. So I gave them a second try after the owner (husband) of BPM went bankrupt as they had a substantial balance that I had prepaid and they still owed me. It turned out eventually that they would only use that for handling fees in the new company. And those are expensive (EUR5 for a small package repack or resend). It turned out all they did was switch the company to the wife's name. So same management remained. When I had a small package package forwarded, all they would offer me was a retail price shipping cost of EUR 25 PLUS the EUR 5 handling so EUR 30. There was zero choice. I could have had a better price EUR 16) having it picked up myself at an ordinary business rate. The fact that they mention that they only give me the benefit of my EUR 50 balance use as 'ex gratia' is so fake. They went bust and owed me that. It was no favor as they pretend. It was my money not theirs. I decided to cancel them altogether and take the loss of the balance since I doubt they will repay it if they call it ex gratia. Better that then accumulating extra unnecessary costs with forwarding.

  BPM-Lux suddenly halts all operations due to financial "difficulties" on April 26, 2016. The Luxembourg newspapers reported that even the BPM-Lux signage at the headquarters in Munsbach was promptly taken down. All the while , BPM-Lux claims they are "unable to access" customer mail still locked inside. Would any responsible company let a lease on there operations headquarters go this far into arrears? If BPM-Lux can resurrects itself after this episode , think twice and do your research before trusting this company with your mail.
