::the doctor is bad, she does not care about the health of the animal, money is important to her. Documents are filled in with errors, the animal can not normally when the chip was put, she pierced my cat's skin twice, the cat was crying ... no doctor is worse

::People are kind for what they are there for. It means they like to do their job and they want to help you. Waiting times are fairly low but that doesnt mean its bad quality doctors in there. Good service and not too expensive!
