    Positives: The employee in the check in (Andrea ) was friendly. The employee in the check out( a lady ) was nice too although we literally crossed two words. I was given a brand new car Negatives Sixt rental is extremely misleading and deceiving. Make sure to read your booking in detail as they have a quiet deceptive way to say that the car has basically no insurance. Small message states that “only statuary third party insurance is included” this means basically UNLIMITED liability for whatever could happen to the car. When you get to the rental office you are informed that your booking has NO insurance which means that you must basically pay the same price of the booking to get a minimum of insurance. This is not the common practise in Europe(almost any other provider includes some sort of insurance which caps your responsibility for damages to the vehicle) The office in Luxembourg seems to be understaffed. (Only one employee available when I rented the car and) and when I returned the car in order to had it checked it took 30 min. I waited 20 min in front of the desk office whilst there were two employees seating without any customers until a third employee arrived to check the car. I would suggest that this company is AVOIDED at all costs. This will be my last time being scammed by this company.

    Collaborators are not very friendly insisting to give a positive feedback. I think that client's feedback are personal and should not be reproduced orally. I felt I was being punished in public for giving negative feedback - which I will ensure to give as long as SIXT's collaborators expose clients feedback and pressure them not to give negative feedback.
