  I have no reason for not telling the truth . This has accured at 15 sept saturday in the night . Your personal is young and enegetic but full of wrong Energ . He was rude and has threathend me . I am Sorry this is no way to treat people . He could lock the door of the reception and would give the Service us showing the room . As all The hotel doors are locked at That hour . About the price this was our opinion . We left and slept in the car as everything was full in the Area .

  Disaster reservation: asked 2 rooms gave one, no any help to solve the problem they caused. I have the copy of the reservation, no excuses.

  The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very clean. Staff was very polite and understanding. It was a nice holiday.

  Personel and staff members are very good and rooms are very comfortable and huge. The Hotel is the safest hotel in Luxembourg so I feel safe in hotel
